Sophie Rado

is a certified Yoga 500 YTT, Level II REIKI practitioner, a certified Sound Massage practitioner and makes beautiful objects for your own spirit-rituals including candles, handpoured balms and teas.

She lives in Auckland with her husband Nick, two children and Teddy the dog. You are most likely to find Sophie riding on her bike around the estuary near her home in North Auckland or at the park with her family and friends.

Sophie is a self confessed Wellness Witch and cares deeply about the physical, mental and emotional well being of her family and friends and community.
