One on One Cancellation policy
For 1:1 Reiki, sound massage, require at least 24 hours notice for cancellation.
Group Class Cancellation
We are a small boutique studio with limited capacity, between 13 and 17 students per class, we require all students including weekly and yearly members to cancel out of a class booking.If you have not cancelled out within 30 mins of class start time you may be charged for class.
Failure to adhere to this policy on multiple occasions will result in the issuance of an invoice for a $25 fee.

Workshops and Event Tickets
Yoga House prides itself on its quality, premium events/ work shops and retreats. Lots of care, time and costs for materials go in to these events. Therefore we do not offer refunds or credits for these ticketed events. Please make sure you understand this terms and condition before purchasing a ticket.
If you are no longer able to make an event, you are most welcome to gift the ticket to a friend or transfer ticket. Please just let us know to expect any changes before the event.
Weekly membership T&C'S:

Weekly Group classes only.

Memberships are non-transferable. It is not possible to share this with another client.

Yoga House may close or offer a reduced time table on a public holiday and will run a 2 week reduced timetable during Christmas break. Class days/times and teachers are subject to change.

Members are required to cancel out of classes they can no longer attend.

Yoga house store refund/ exchange policy
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds for change your mind or make a wrong selection, or receive an unwanted gift.
Perfect Potion orders: You may however to receive a refund, exchange or credit where the product is faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you. Perfect Potion products must be returned as soon as possible, accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Shipping
Shipping is with NZ Parcel post. Parcels will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Perfect Potion at Yoga House, ship via NZ Parcel Post. The shipping cost is calculated based on the size of your order. Your shipping cost will be calculated on the checkout page once all items are in your shopping cart.
Standard road shipping on orders over $79 is free within NZ.
Should you require your order urgently, we do offer Express Post for an added fee. This cost will be calculated for you after email request.
