Gentle Yoga & Restore
Gentle Flow Yoga | Beginner friendly
Gentle Yoga is a flowing practice designed to stretch, strengthen, and bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It is an excellent choice for those seeking a slower-paced class, including older adults, individuals recovering from injury, those new to yoga, or anyone who simply prefers a more easeful and mindful approach than what is offered in a General class.
Restore offers the gentlest and most nurturing experience on our schedule, designed to support deep rest, relaxation, and healing—both physically and mentally. This floor-based practice includes a combination of gentle yoga stretches, longer-held restorative and Yin-inspired postures, and an extended guided meditation.

With a strong focus on calming the nervous system and creating a sense of ease in both body and mind, this class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or recovery from physical strain. The use of props encourages comfort and support in every pose, allowing you to fully release tension without effort or strain.

Best of all, the entire class takes place on the floor—we remain grounded from start to finish (we don’t stand until it's time to leave!).

Yin n Yang
Flow Yoga | Beginner friendly
Yin & Yang class offers a beautifully balanced practice that blends the active, dynamic energy of Yang yoga with the slow, meditative stillness of Yin. The first half of the class features flowing, strength-building sequences similar in style and intensity to our General class—designed to warm the body, build stamina, and improve strength and balance.

In the second half, we shift into longer-held Yin postures, targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body to promote flexibility, release tension, and encourage a state of deep relaxation. This contrast between effort and ease creates a holistic experience that not only supports physical well-being but also helps to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.

Ideal for those looking to energize the body while also allowing time to unwind, stretch deeply, and reconnect with a sense of stillness.

Yogalates & Strengthen
Focus on strength | Beginner friendly
Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core-strengthening and posture-enhancing benefits of Pilates. This low-impact class focuses on breath control, alignment, and core activation, offering a balanced workout that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Suitable for all fitness levels, Yogalates provides a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.
Strengthen includes use of therabands, booty bands and/or bodyweight. Expect lunges and squats as well as a little bit of power Yoga. This class can include exercises you might do in the gym to strengthen the upper body, before we hit the floor for some Pilates style core work.
The reward? A soothing and relaxing Yoga wind down, ending with a 10-minute Savasana or relaxation. This is a class to get you feeling strengthened, mobilized, and relaxed all in one go. Expect to use other props like chairs or the barre to aid with balance.
