FAQ'S

How do I book a class? 
Bookings are preferred as we have some busy classes on the schedule. Bookings and payment are taken before class via our Punch Pass booking system.

  • First click on to Timetable

  • Click on the class you wish to attend

  • Create a log in or purchase a pass to book in.

Then just turn up to class 1mins before start time. See you on the mat!

Do you have an intro deal?


Yes, we have three classes for $40 for new students (one time purchase)

One pass per student, intro deal can not be shared with a friend.

T&C's: Use within 14 days from first class. No extensions offered to expired passes so get booking your classes, and don't forget to cancel out before 6 hours before class to avoid being charged for your class.

​What do I need to bring with me?

 

If you have your own Yoga mat, please bring it with you.

 

All other equipment, including blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets, are provided for your use during class.  

 

We do have yoga mats for occasional use, please spray and wipe after each use.Also feel free to use one of our mats as an underlay to your mat if you like a softer landing.

What should I wear? 

 

Wear something that you feel comfortable in and can move freely in. Gym clothes, stretchy pants, bare feet or yoga grippy socks. Bring layers and warm socks for relaxation for the colder months that you can wear at the beginning and in your cool-down.

 

No shoes inside studio please.

I am not flexible, and I have never done Yoga before. Can I join a group class? 

 

Absolutely, yes! Yin, Restorative yoga, Chair and Gentle flow are extremely beginner friendly, and the other classes vary in intensity. If you look at classes, you will get a good understanding of the different options available to you.

 

Please let the teacher know of any injuries or recent changes to your body e.g. pregnancy or low blood pressure. 

I can no longer make the class I booked? 

 

Our cancellation policy is 8 hours before our group classes and 24 hours before our one on one sessions. Please cancel your booking in Punch pass or you will be charged for the class. please note that cancellation is required from all passes and memberships.If your cancellation is late, (within the 8 hours period), but provides a spot to someone on the waitlist - you will not be charged for the class ;) So please cancel if you know you cannot make it.

How do I cancel a class? 

 

You can do these three different ways!!

 

1. Go back to the email you received with your booking called "Class registration" and scroll down through the mail until you see "Cancel or manage booking". You can cancel your boking or move the class by clicking here.

 

2. Go to your account in punch pass, click on My Reservations and cancel there.

 

3. Go to the timetable and find the class you'd like to cancel. If you click on the class, your booking will show and you cancel it there.

Can you extend my expired pass? 

 

Extensions are not offered on expired passes, 'it's use it or lose it!' unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

 

Please note that we  send out email reminders one month before and/ or 2 classes remaining which ever comes first, to help give you time to complete your pass.

 

Our 10 x class pass has a 4 month expiry, and our 5 class pass has 2 months. Our intro offer is within 14 days. More info here:
