• Opening/ closing circle

• Time in nature

• Flow Yoga

• Herbal teas interactive experience, explore ingredients and learn about tea's benefits.

• Seasonal traditional Qi Gong

• Aromatherapy and roller ball creative craft.

• Restorative Yoga with Reiki energy

• Light lunch and snacks and teas.

Nourishing light vegetarian snacks and teas provided.
