Barre and Vinyasa are dynamic and offer kind physical challenges, at an open level for beginners and intermediate. 

Slow Flow, Restorative are slow and gentle and are extremely Beginner friendly. Enjoy!

Gentle & Beginner Friendly.

Yin yoga involves a series of seated and supine postures, typically held for 3-5 minutes at a time. During these prolonged periods of stillness, experience a feeling of surrender and quiet in the mind, that can melt away residual tension and stress. 

Restorative yoga Indulge in the profound tranquility of Restorative Yoga, surrender and rest in passive, supported positions, allowing tensions to dissolve and the mind to achieve a blissful calm. This transformative practice not only provides relief from daily stresses but also fosters a renewed sense of balance and healing for the nervous system.

Slow Flow

Gentle Flow Yoga | Beginner friendly

Enjoy a blend of gentle, vinyasa slow flow. With moments of kind challenge and strength ands lots of stillness and stretch.

This class is great for when you want to find balance between movement and stillness. Strength and relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow Yoga, Dynamic | Open Level.

A dynamic and flowing style of Hatha yoga that links breath and movement through a creative series of postures that help to balance strength and mobility.Yoga is Relaxing and can be healing for the nervous system.

Sun salutations are repeated throughout the practice to build a sense of flow and strength.

Open level, meaning modifications offered to beginners and advancements can be offered for intermediate level.

Barre

Fun, Pilates, Ballet Barre and Yoga movements Open Level.

Pronounced 'Bar'

Barre fitness is an uptempo/low-impact, hybrid workout class. Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre program is 50 mins long as we work the muscles until they fatgue, 50 mins is all you need. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. 

 

This class is sure to sculpt and tone the body all while enjoying a graceful balletic aesthetic.
